We respect your privacy and anonymity. Anyone who is not a registered member has a limit of two guest "views" before being asked to register. They may see what the forum looks like to see if it's for them and if they want to join, and they may see one post or thread before their time is up and then they can't see any more without registering. The chances of anyone recognising you from that brief overview is extremely unlikely, particularly with anonymous usernames, acronyms, and when there are so many second wives and stepmums in similar situations.

You can also block someone from becoming a member (contact admin).

There is one section that is invisible to both guest views and newly registered members and that is the personal diary section. No-one can see that section until they have been a member for at least 90 days and have at least 60 posts as well. This is to validate newer members and ensure they are genuine.

A diary is where you might want to outpour very personal things that might make you more recognisable, which is why it is only accessible to established and verified members.

It is up to you if you want to add your day and month of birth on your profile.

You can also set your own privacy settings in your profile.

If you have any issues with a post by a member, click or tap on the report button which is at the bottom of each post.
